Andrew is an employment law expert.
After graduating from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics, Andrew joined the employment law team at Allens, a leading international law firm.
Over the next 12.5 years, Andrew practised in all aspects of employment law. He was a trusted adviser to many employers, included on their pay obligations, the use of contractual set-off clauses, award and enterprise agreement interpretation, individual flexibility arrangements and annualised salaries.
Andrew led the Allens employment team in Brisbane for almost five years before joining Tanda to start Workforce Assure
Josh is a co-founder of Tanda, the world’s #1 platform for rostering, attendance, labour insights and workforce success.
On completing a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Business, Accounting at Queensland University of Technology, Josh worked for leading accounting firm McGarthNicol. During that time, Josh completed his studies to become a Chartered Accountant.
Josh left McGarthNicol to co-found Tanda and hasn’t looked back.
He is responsible for developing new commercial strategies to grow Tanda’s footprint, and is passionate about putting Tanda’s unique and powerful payroll calculator to new uses.
